Start with every passenger
Count the people travelling on each leg, including anyone joining at an intermediate stop. Do not count a suitcase as the reason to leave out a passenger, and never plan to exceed the vehicle’s licensed capacity. If different groups travel outward and back, tell the team both counts so the accepted category fits each journey.
Describe luggage instead of guessing boot space
List large cases, cabin bags, folded pushchairs and unusually shaped items. Seat capacity and luggage capacity are different. A vehicle label alone cannot tell you whether all equipment fits safely. For an airport trip, mention whether you expect extra bags on the return. Staff need these details before they can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Check the notice for the category you select
The planner shows the current advance-notice requirement. Regular categories and an 8-seater request can have different rules, and settings may change. If the time you need is earlier than the online minimum, call to ask about availability rather than selecting a later time and expecting an immediate pickup. The 8-seater is reviewed by staff before acceptance.
Price the complete group journey
Add all collection and drop-off addresses in the required order. Compare the complete agreed total, including applicable airport charges and stops, rather than dividing an incomplete estimate by the passenger count. Confirm how any deposit or later balance is handled for the booking. A suggested larger-vehicle fare is not an accepted slot until staff reconfirm it.

Does an 8-seater mean eight passengers and any number of bags?
No. Give the full passenger and luggage requirements so staff can confirm safe space and a suitable vehicle.
How much notice does each vehicle need?
4-seater — at least 2 hours ahead; 6-seater — at least 2 hours ahead; 8-seater — at least 4 hours ahead. Every request is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Is a deposit taken online?
No initial deposit is required with the current pay-at-pickup option. Arrange payment at the start of the ride with the team. Sending a request does not confirm a vehicle. The 8-seater has no initial deposit.
