Plan a pickup in Duloch without the guesswork

A Duloch pickup can start at a house, a leisure destination, a shop or an agreed meeting place. Ash Cabs accepts local and airport journey requests from Duloch. Choose the exact location in the planner and check the map pin; the saved Duloch Park point should not be used as a substitute for a different address.

Choose a useful meeting point

If you are leaving a leisure or shopping venue, name the venue and explain the entrance where you will be waiting. A broad place name or the middle of a car park may not be a clear collection instruction. Tell the team if you need time to reach the vehicle or have bulky shopping to bring.

For a residential pickup, add the house number and street. If access is confusing, use a short entrance note instead of relying on the map alone. Keep your phone available in case the team needs to confirm the meeting point.

Family and airport travel

For a family journey, count every passenger and mention pushchairs, suitcases or equipment before choosing the vehicle. Child-seat and assistance needs should be discussed explicitly. Selecting six or eight seats does not automatically establish luggage capacity or confirm that the vehicle is available.

• For an airport, include the exact airport and flight date.
• For several households, enter each pickup in order.
• For an event, give the requested collection time and venue entrance.
• For a return journey, agree a separate collection plan.

From enquiry to a confirmed plan
