For a Cairneyhill journey, start with the full collection address and the time passengers will be ready. Ash Cabs accepts local travel and airport transfer enquiries from Cairneyhill. You can use the saved place to find the area, then adjust the pin to your actual pickup and explain the entrance in your notes.
Planning for several passengers
When friends or relatives travel together, agree whether they will meet at one address or need separate collections. If someone joins in Crossford or elsewhere, add that location as an intermediate stop in the right order. A direct route to the destination will not represent a trip with extra collections unless they are included.
Count every passenger and give the number and size of bags. Family airport trips may include pushchairs or other bulky items, so ask about space rather than judging solely by the seat count. Six- and eight-seat options require availability and pricing confirmation.
Set out the connection you need
- For an airport transfer, provide the airport, flight date and requested arrival time.
- For a station journey, name the station and the train departure separately.
- For a visit or appointment, say when you need to arrive and whether return timing is known.
- For an errand, give a realistic planned stop time and ask about any waiting charge.
A return journey after an appointment or event may need a separate arrangement. Do not assume the vehicle will remain available throughout a visit or that a planned waiting period is free. Discuss uncertain finish times with the team.
Request, review, confirmation
The online form records your itinerary for review. Any available road or fare estimate is indicative, and unsupported journeys remain requests for staff to quote. Confirm the pickup, suitable vehicle and any extras before relying on the booking. If you need a short-notice collection, call Ash Cabs to ask about current availability.
