From the station to the next part of your day

A station pickup works best when the meeting point and timing are clear. Ash Cabs accepts enquiries for journeys to and from Dunfermline City, Dunfermline Queen Margaret, Rosyth and Inverkeithing stations, as well as onward travel from Halbeath Park & Ride. Choose the transport stop you actually need, then add the final address.

When travelling to a station, tell us the train departure time as well as your requested taxi pickup time. The driver cannot control the timetable, queues or platform access, so leave a realistic margin and check current train information with your rail operator.

For a collection after your train arrives

• Give the station's full name; Dunfermline City and Queen Margaret are different stops.
• Include the travel date, expected arrival time and a reachable passenger phone number.
• Describe the agreed entrance or meeting point, especially if your map pin is at the centre of the station.
• Tell us about luggage, walking needs or equipment when enquiring.

A scheduled arrival is not always the time you will be ready outside. Allow for leaving the train and reaching the agreed meeting place. If the train changes or is delayed, contact the team to discuss the pickup; automatic train monitoring and an included waiting period are not promised.

Connecting with a bus or a larger group

For Halbeath Park & Ride, use the dedicated Halbeath information page and specify the coach or bus arrival where relevant. Do not treat the transport hub name as a precise roadside collection instruction.

For families or colleagues, give the total passenger count and bags before choosing four, six or eight seats. Larger vehicles require confirmation. If people need different drop-offs, enter the stops in travel order so the team can review one complete journey. Your submission remains a request until availability and the collection details are confirmed.
