Make your Inverkeithing connection easier to plan

Inverkeithing journeys often need a precise connection between one form of travel and the next. Ash Cabs accepts taxi enquiries for Inverkeithing station, local addresses and airport journeys. Select the station only if that is your actual pickup; otherwise enter the home, workplace or venue where passengers will be ready.

Connecting with a train

When arriving by rail, provide the travel date, expected arrival time and a phone number for the passenger. Agree the entrance or meeting point with the team. Allow time to leave the train and reach the vehicle rather than treating the scheduled arrival as an exact pickup time.

For a trip to the station, give the train departure separately from your requested taxi collection. Check the current timetable with the rail operator and allow a suitable margin. A route estimate cannot account for every traffic change or the time you need inside the station.

Local pickups and airport transfers

For an address away from the station, include the street number and any entrance details. If you are collecting family members at several locations before an airport trip, add each place in order. The full itinerary helps the team assess the vehicle and timing.

• Choose the correct airport and flight date.
• List all passengers and describe large bags.
• Discuss assistance or child-seat requirements in advance.
• Confirm a separate plan for an airport return.

Changes and confirmation

If a train is delayed or your plans change, contact Ash Cabs to review the arrangement. Automatic train monitoring and a free waiting allowance are not assumed. Larger vehicles and journeys without instant road estimates require staff review. An online reference identifies the request; availability, meeting details and any additional charges still need confirmation before you treat the journey as booked.
