Choose your pickup, destination and vehicle. Review the estimate before sending your request.
Put the stops in travel order
Start with the first collection address, add each additional pickup and finish with the final destination. An address entered as the final drop-off can produce a different itinerary from the one the group intended. Check the route summary after every change. Give house numbers, postcodes and an entrance pin where the postal address is ambiguous.
Agree when each household should be ready
The first pickup time is not necessarily the arrival time at the second home. Share the accepted sequence with everyone and keep one contact person reachable. Planned stop minutes help explain the itinerary, but do not create a free waiting allowance. If someone needs more time, tell the team rather than letting the whole group wait without an agreed arrangement.
Count the full load at the busiest point
Choose the category for the maximum passenger count, not the number present at the first stop. Add every household’s bags to the luggage request. For an airport journey, confirm whether all the bags will fit as well as all the people. If an extra friend joins, contact the team before changing the group at the kerb.
Review the total after changing stops
An extra address can affect road distance, time and the final fare. Recalculate the itinerary and ask staff to confirm the revised arrangement before relying on the old estimate. If the return drops people in a different order, describe it as a separate itinerary. One outward route does not automatically define the cheapest or most suitable way home.
All bookings are subject to availability and staff confirmation. Plan this journey with your exact addresses, Scotland pickup time, passengers and bags. For a sooner journey, call 01383 333333 to ask about availability.

Before you travel.
Can I add a home pickup after the booking is agreed?
Contact the team with the new address and passenger details. The changed route, vehicle suitability, timing and fare need confirmation.
