A request starts the planning
A minivan request tells the team what you need; it does not allocate a vehicle by itself. Larger group journeys may need a particular vehicle, sufficient luggage space and a driver whose other work fits the time. Enter the complete trip before asking friends to rely on it. Avoid treating a saved reference as a dispatch message.
Use the earliest available time shown
The booking form currently requires at least 4 hours’ notice for minivan requests. The regular vehicle notice is 2 hours. These settings can change, so follow the current form. Minimum notice is a planning rule, not a promise that a vehicle will be available as soon as that period ends.
Give the organiser one clear job
For a wedding party, airport group or day outing, nominate one contact who can confirm names, passenger count, luggage and all stops. Choose whether the group can leave together or needs separate pickups. A late addition can change the route and vehicle requirements even when the final destination stays the same.
Keep the return explicit
Enter a return date and meeting point if you need a second journey. A driver is not automatically retained for the whole evening. Read the response for the accepted time, vehicle arrangements and fare, and keep that confirmation with the booking reference. Use group travel enquiries to discuss a plan that does not fit a simple A-to-B request.

Can I bypass the minivan notice by choosing a smaller vehicle?
Choose a vehicle appropriate to the real passenger and luggage requirements. For short-notice travel, phone the team to discuss what is possible rather than submitting an unsuitable vehicle request.
How much notice does each vehicle need?
4-seater — at least 2 hours ahead; 6-seater — at least 2 hours ahead; 8-seater — at least 4 hours ahead. Every request is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Is a deposit taken online?
No initial deposit is required with the current pay-at-pickup option. Arrange payment at the start of the ride with the team. Sending a request does not confirm a vehicle. The 8-seater has no initial deposit.
