The online form uses advance notice
The earliest selectable time reflects the current booking rules. Regular vehicle requests currently need 2 hours’ notice, while minivan requests need 4 hours. Those periods support planning; they do not describe how long every customer must wait after speaking to staff.
Call for a sooner enquiry
If you need to travel earlier than the form permits, phone 01383 333333 and explain the pickup, destination, passenger count and bags. The team can discuss what is available. An immediate vehicle or a particular response time cannot be promised, especially when a larger vehicle is needed.
Do not submit a misleading time
Entering a later time and adding “collect now” in notes leaves the request inconsistent. Selecting a smaller vehicle for a larger party also prevents a useful availability check. Give the real requirement so staff can say whether it can be accepted.
Keep confirmation separate from enquiry
A call, saved reference or estimate is not itself a dispatch message. Check the accepted pickup, vehicle arrangement and fare before relying on the journey. If you can travel later, use the booking planner with the correct date and time rather than creating several duplicate requests.
