Choose your pickup, destination and vehicle. Review the estimate before sending your request.
Begin with the agreed journey total
An indicative map estimate helps you plan. The team’s accepted fare is the amount to compare with the invoice. If an address, vehicle or stop changes, ask for the revised total to be confirmed. Keep the current booking reference rather than relying on an earlier screenshot.
A deposit is part of the total
When a deposit is required, it contributes towards the journey total; it is not automatically an extra fee. The checkout shows the current requirement for the selected arrangement. Payment methods and deposit settings can vary, including bookings made directly by staff. Read what applies to your own request.
Separate required from received
“Deposit required” describes what is due. “Deposit paid” should describe a payment recorded as received. A bank-transfer reference helps staff identify a transaction but does not itself verify receipt. If the record looks wrong, contact the team with the reference and the relevant transaction details rather than paying again without checking.
Review the invoice after a change
Check the journey description, accepted total, payments received and balance due. A revised invoice should reflect the current arrangement. An invoice is not, by itself, proof that a vehicle has been dispatched. Use the booking amendment checklist if the itinerary also needs updating.

Before you travel.
Is the deposit added on top of the journey total?
A deposit is a part-payment towards that total. Check the required amount, recorded payments and remaining balance for your accepted booking.
