Choose your pickup, destination and vehicle. Review the estimate before sending your request.
Say what happens at the stop
An additional passenger collection, a quick prepaid order and a lengthy shopping visit are different requirements. Give the stop address and purpose before requesting the journey. “One extra stop” does not tell staff how long the vehicle is expected to remain there.
Enter the order you intend to travel
Put intermediate addresses between pickup and final destination in the right sequence. If someone leaves the vehicle at an intermediate point, say so. The distance estimate depends on the itinerary, and a change in order can affect both timing and total.
Discuss waiting rather than guessing
Give a realistic expected duration and ask how waiting is handled. A displayed planning suggestion is not automatically free waiting time. For an open-ended meal, appointment or shopping visit, separate journeys may be more appropriate than retaining a driver throughout.
Request a revised total for changes
If you add a stop after the original plan, ask staff to confirm the updated route and amount. Check that the invoice reflects the accepted itinerary. Use multi-stop taxi requests for the complete route, and wait for acceptance before relying on a changed collection.
All bookings are subject to availability and staff confirmation. Request this journey with your exact addresses, pickup time, passengers and luggage. Need to travel sooner? Call 01383 333333 to ask the team.
Request your journey or check a route estimate. Staff confirm the vehicle, timing and agreed fare.
Before you travel.
Is waiting at an additional stop automatically included?
Do not assume so. Explain the purpose and duration and have the team confirm the waiting arrangement and total.
