Choose your pickup, destination and vehicle. Review the estimate before sending your request.
Start with the full address
Search using the house number, street and postcode where available. A postcode can cover several properties, so it does not identify every doorway by itself. Read the full suggested address before selecting it. Check the town as well as the street name, particularly when similar names appear in nearby areas.
Check where the marker lands
Zoom the map enough to compare the marker with the property and vehicle access. Free mapping data may not have every house number or private entrance. If the result lands on the wrong road, choose a more accurate point and give a clear address instruction rather than treating the search result as guaranteed.
Explain the last few metres
For a farm road, new development or large building, mention the permitted entrance and a useful visible landmark. Keep the instruction short and practical. Do not post sensitive access codes in unnecessary places. If the system falls back to coordinates, supply a readable address or landmark for staff to review.
Verify the destination too
The same check applies to the drop-off and additional stops. A precise starting point with an ambiguous final destination still creates uncertainty. Review both addresses in the booking planner before sending the request, and contact the team if the map cannot represent your location clearly.

Before you travel.
Does a postcode always take the taxi to my front door?
No. Check the house number, street and marker, then provide the correct road-accessible entrance or collection instruction.
