Choose your pickup, destination and vehicle. Review the estimate before sending your request.
Use a building name and street address
A flat number alone is not a usable road destination. Include the block or hotel name, street, postcode and town. Read the selected address in full before confirming it. If the map marker points behind the building, explain which public entrance a passenger vehicle should use.
Describe where you will meet
Agree a point you can reach with bags. A reception entrance, named gate or public frontage can be clearer than “outside”. Do not assume a driver can enter private parking, a pedestrian courtyard or a restricted service road. If access is uncertain, ask the building operator and discuss the permitted point with staff.
Include practical timing
Allow for lifts, stairs, checkout and getting luggage downstairs. The agreed pickup is a collection time, not the time to begin packing. Tell the team beforehand if extra time or a particular vehicle arrangement may be needed for practical mobility requirements.
Keep contact information usable
Provide a number the travelling person can answer at collection. If someone else arranged the ride, make sure the passenger knows the booking reference and accepted meeting point. Use the address and pin checklist for each additional stop as well as the first pickup.
All bookings are subject to availability and staff confirmation. Request this journey with your exact addresses, pickup time, passengers and luggage. Need to travel sooner? Call 01383 333333 to ask the team.
Request your journey or check a route estimate. Staff confirm the vehicle, timing and agreed fare.
Before you travel.
Should I include a door code in the booking?
Only share access information if genuinely necessary and through an appropriate agreed channel. A public, road-accessible meeting point is often enough.
